Definition:

Prepare and finalize the project concept in accordance with the brief including the scope, scale, character, form, function and preliminary programme and viability of the project.

 

Standard Services:

• Provide consultants with project information and constraints.

• Analyse and instruct the implementation of further surveys. Analysis, test and investigation such as geotechnical and energy requirements.

• Define formal, timing and procedures for reports, presentations and communications.

• Review and timeously comment on documentation prepared by other consultants prior to formal presentation to the client.

• Coordinate presentations to the client.

• Prepare project financial viability.

• Manage and coordinate project funding requirements.

• Manage and coordinate the implementation of the marketing strategy and/or end user operator requirements.

• Manage, coordinate and collate the project concept and viability report.
