Stage 3 : Design & Development
Definition:
Develop the approved concept to finalize the design, outline specifications, cost plan, financial viability and programme for the project.
Standard Services:

Appoint additional other consultants.

Review and approve detailed design and documentation programme.

Obtain and timeously provide operating and end user operator requirements to the other consultants.

Confirm appropriate health and safety representative and/or advice.

Initiate and manage sustainable design and evaluate compliance.

Monitor the marketing strategy.

Facilitate the timeous submission by the other consultants to obtain statutory and regulatory approvals.

Review designs by other consultants and provide inputs and approvals timeously.

Receive, review and agree estimates and budget.
-
Establish, monitor and manage cash flow requirements of the project.

Monitor achievements of the financial viability.

Manage project finance pre-conditions.

Manage coordinate and collate design development report including drawings and specification as prepared by other consultants.

Negotiate and finalise sale / lease agreements on behalf of the client.
