Umlazi Mega City underwent a major upgrade, offeringthe greater Umlazi and
Lamontville communities the ultimate retail and leisure experience. The Umlazi Mega City upgrade offer the expanding community a revitalised, relevant tenant mix and quality facilities in order to further contribute to the
economic development of the area. The redevelopment added 19,000m2 of retail space to the site, taking the total lettable area to almost double the existing size. The expansion includes increasing parking to 1370 bays, with improved traffic flow on site.
